3. No Guarantees

While we apply proven strategies and best practices, Lead Optimizers does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Results depend on factors such as market conditions, competition, budget, and business operations.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for:

  • Product/service pricing, availability, and fulfilment
  • Responding to leads and customer enquiries
  • Final approval of ads, content, and website materials where applicable

Lead Optimizers is not responsible for customer transactions, sales, or service delivery.

5. Payments & Billing

All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis or as agreed in writing. Work may be paused or suspended if payments are not received on time.

Lead Optimizers reserves the right to adjust pricing, packages, or service structures with appropriate notice.

6. Service Adjustments

We may update, improve, or modify campaigns, strategies, or website elements at any time to improve performance. This includes optimisation of ads, keywords, content, and technical improvements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lead Optimizers is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or disputes arising from the use of our services, marketing campaigns, or website performance.
